Due to the current pandemic, all sales are final unless an item is damaged during shipping.  In the instance this happens please notify us immediately via email/phone and you will be directed on the next course of action.

Due to the premium quality of our anklets, all orders will be shipped in 2-5 business days unless it is durning a holiday season. If is during a holiday season all orders will be shipped in 5-7 business days. We charge a standard $5 shipping fee for all orders placed in the US, additional rates will apply for international shipping.

Eva's & Alan L.L.C is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  All packages are delivered through the USPS.  If you have not received your package please contact the United States Postal Service directly at (1-800-275-8777).

Before ordering your anklet please get an accurate measurement of your ankle. Make sure the measuring tape is snug but not tight and order the next size up.  If you don't have a tape measure you can visit Printable-Ruler.net and print off a ruler to get an accurate measurement.  If you are still unsure about what size to order please feel free to give us a call and we will assist you.
